Our on deck coffee hatch is open to customers during their visit serving coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks.

And whilst we’ll never permit alcohol to be consumed during an activity session, as soon as you're out of a wetsuit and changed, you will also have the opportunity to order from our licensed bar. (After all, we know only too well that spending time in the sea can give you a thirst that only an aprés ski sundowner can quench!)

If you are out on the estuary on your own boat or paddle board and see the “open” flag flying, you are welcome to pull up along side the barge and order coffees, cold drinks and snacks as part of a drive thru experience. Our staff will take your order and bring it to your boat. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to disembark onto the barge unless you have made a prior arrangement.

PRIVATE HIRE tiki bar-ge

Why not pick a date that suits you and your friends /family or work colleagues and arrange your own private evening on board the Exewake tiki bar-ge? 

We can accommodate up to 20 guests for either a drinks party or a fish and chip supper.

The basic hire cost is £250 for a three hour evening event which includes:

  • Exclusive use of the Exewake barge and tiki bar for up to 20 people

  • A speed boat ride for all attendees to and from the barge

  • Provision of buoyancy aids

  • Exewake staff to drive boats and serve drinks

  • Pay as you go bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks

  • Hire duration is 3 hours and can start at either 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm or 7:30pm. Last orders at the bar are at 10pm in accordance with our licence.

  • Whilst the barge is not water tight we have a sail cover to protect again light showers. If the weather looks like it will be strong winds / heavy rain we will contact you to reschedule the event.

If you would like to add on extras to the evening we can organise:

  • Pre mixed award winning cocktails from Bar Buoy

  • Fish and chip supper from £13 per person. Our staff will collect the fish and chips from Exmouth Marina and deliver them, hot, to the barge for you and your guests to enjoy.
